Originally from Lincolnshire, Keith trained as a Youth & Community Worker, working in Dagenham, Cumbria before becoming a District Youth Officer for the Methodist Association of Youth Clubs covering the whole of Lincolnshire. Following this he moved to Liverpool, taking up a post in the Youth & Community Service of the City Council’s Education Service. He held this post, reaching a Senior Manager position, for 30 years. Keith has been married for 48 years and continues to live in Liverpool. He became a Trustee of the former Liverpool Central CAB in 2012, becoming Chair in 2014. He has continued this role in LCA. Outside LCA, Keith is an Independent Member of the Merseyside Police & Crime Panel, and also sits on Referral Panels for young people sentenced by the Courts, this follows 14 years as a Magistrate in Liverpool, serving as Chair of the Youth Panel and as Appraiser of JPs.
